Everyone can reap the benefits of a simple life. Green simple living is not about giving up pleasure! It’s the exact opposite. Even the slightest movement towards the essence of simple living can make a world of difference in your life.

So, what are these great changes we can make…well, they are the things that will take a bit of time to discover, something to explore in another post, but when you do here’s some results:

  • A simple life means a life with reduced worry
  • A simple life teaches you to be content with what you have (happier)
  • A simple life creates more quality of time with family and friends
  • A simple life gives you the freedom to make easier decisions and choices (and less of them)
  • A simple life changes your perception and reaction to people and events (personal growth)
  • A simple life reduces the dependence on finance and things (therefore more security)
  • A simple life connects you to the community or a cause
  • A simple life makes it easier to manage your possessions
  • A simple life helps to keep you healthy
  • A simple life saves the environment through reduced consumption and waste
  • A simple life allows you to spend time enjoying nature and the outdoors

I’m sure each of you wants most of these things in your life. Each of you has at various points along your journey made changes or been forced to change. BUT choosing to become a more conscious, socially aware citizen can help you reap all of these benefits and more.

if you liked this post, take a gander at these ones!
